The M47 Phoenix Brew is a brand-new version of the existing M47 Phoenix – now equipped with our Pour-Over Burr as standard, for coffee lovers only interested in coarse grinding.

The Pour-Over Burr’s geometry is different to the standard one’s, helping it produce fewer fine particles and making it more suitable for filter coffee, French press and any other method where you need to grind coarser.

For those who like a little extra grip on their grinder, the Silicone Bands are a perfect addition. Though the grinder already comes with one silicone band to effectively keep it from slipping, some coffees can make grinding feel like a workout. An extra silicone band will offer you the grip to make it a walk in the park.

For those who change their mind and want to get started on espresso or other methods that require fine grinding, the standard burr will do an excellent job and is available as a separate accessory here.
