Kinu November 2024 Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Participants

1.1. The giveaway is open to participants worldwide.

1.2. Participants must be over 18 years old.

2. Winner selection and prize delivery

2.1. One original winner and one alternative winner will be picked at random for each prize. The original winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Messages by our account – @kinugrinders. No other account will contact winners in the name of @kinugrinders.

2.2. We will request the necessary information from the winners in order to arrange shipment of the prizes to the winners. Should an original winner decline the prize or fail to send the necessary information within 3 calendar days, their prize will be forfeited and the alternative winner selected for their prize shall be contacted. Should an alternative winner decline the prize or fail to send the necessary information within 3 calendar days, a second alternative winner for the prize shall be picked at random.

2.3. Kinu shall use the personal data collected from the winners solely for the purpose of shipping the prizes to them. Kinu may request the winners’ consent to receive Kinu’s email newsletter, email updates and marketing emails.

2.4. The prizes will be shipped to the winners free of charge under DAP shipping conditions, as long as their shipping addresses are within the areas covered by Kinu’s chosen shipping carrier. Should the winner’s shipping address not be within these areas, Kinu will communicate the shipping cost to the winner and offer the winner the opportunity to provide an alternative shipping address.

2.5. Import-related costs in the destination country, i.e., the country to which each winner’s prize is shipped, including, but not limited to, duties, tax and fees are not Kinu’s responsibility and shall be covered by the winner.

3. Prizes

3.1. There are 3 giveaway prizes which will be given to 3 different winners. The prizes are:

  • 2 x M47 Rebel manual coffee grinders
  • 1 x M47 Simplicity manual coffee grinder

3.2. Kinu will not pay the winners the equivalent value of the prize in any currency.

4. Notes

4.1. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram shall incur no liabilities arising from or related to this giveaway.

4.2. By entering the giveaway, participants automatically accept these terms and conditions.
